Yes, we carry 2 million liability insurance. We also require all trades to have their own insurance.

I Have Black Mold in My Bathroom! Can RenoEthics Contracting Do Something About That?

Sure thing. It’s common for moisture to accumulate underneath the surfaces in a bathroom. As a result, mold tends to grow over time. Don’t worry about it! We’ll clean and kill the mold as we renovate and ensure it won’t be a problem in the future.

Can you help with getting a permit for a legal basement suite?

We sure can. We have worked with several civil engineers in the past and would love to refer one of them to help with creating blueprints and applying for the permit.
