Interior Renovation

Custom build house

We were contracted to repair extensive drywall damage, install new carpet and vinyl flooring, update paint on all of the 5500 sq custom build rancho style house with exposed beams. We also did complete renovation of the 3 pc bathroom in the basement.

Exterior Siding

CUstom Build House

We were contracted to repair\replace part of the structures siding. Old exterior tiles were falling down and needed to be replaced. We have removed remaining tiles, supplied and installed new pine board and batten siding. Following the installation we supplied materials and stained the wooden siding.

Bathroom Renovation

Detached house

We were contracted to renovate old 3 pc basement bathroom. We demolished old bathroom and renovated the bathroom with prefabricated corner shower unit, epoxy marble floors and new toilet fixture.
